负责公司大模型技术的研发和实际应用，解决大模型在各种垂直领域的落地问题。

岗位职责 1. 根据客户需求和实际应用场景，负责垂直领域下大模型的适配和调优； 包括但不限于：数据收集与梳理、prompt设计、外部数据库接入、召回策略优化、工具调用、模型迭代与优化、模型部署、效果评估等； 2. 积极参与行业前沿技术的学习和研究，包括但不限于论文复现和技术调研，以不断提升技术水平和解决方案的创新性。

1. 拥有扎实的编程能力，精通至少一种编程语言，并具备良好的数据结构和算法基础; 2. 熟悉NLP相关的算法和技术，具备大模型预训练、微调及强化学习算法应用经验者优先考虑； 3. 出色的问题分析和解决能力，能深入解决大模型应用过程中存在的问题； 4. 良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步； 5. ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 6. 在大模型领域，参与过重要开源项目或发表相关论文者优先。
