岗位职责 我们正在寻找一位优秀的计算机辅助药物设计科学家加入团队，利用先进的计算化学、分子模拟及人工智能辅助药物设计技术，支持创新药物发现与优化工作。候选人将面向不同药物形式开展计算研究，参与从早期发现到分子优化的关键环节，并与化学、生物、结构生物学等跨职能团队紧密合作，推动项目高效进展。

工作职责 1. 基于计算辅助药物设计（CADD）策略，支持药物发现项目中的靶点分析、分子设计、候选化合物筛选与优化等工作。 2. 熟练运用分子对接（Docking）、分子动力学模拟（MD）、自由能计算等常规计算方法，对分子-靶标相互作用机制进行研究和解释。 3. 结合结构生物学、药物化学、计算化学及生物学信息，为项目提供可执行的分子设计建议与机制洞察。 4. 跟踪并应用前沿的 AI驱动药物设计（AIDD）技术，包括但不限于分子生成、性质预测、分子打分、候选优选等相关方法。 5. 支持药物研发相关项目的计算设计与分析工作。 6. 能够独立完成计算结果分析、技术总结及方案汇报，并能够清晰地向项目团队传达研究结论。 7. 与药化、生物、算法、数据科学等团队协同合作，推动计算策略在实际研发项目中的落地应用。 8. 持续关注计算药物设计、分子模拟、自由能方法以及 AI for Drug Discovery 领域的最新进展，并推动新技术在项目中的应用。

1. 具有物理化学、计算化学、计算生物学、药物设计或相关专业背景； 2. 具备良好的科学思维、分析能力与问题解决能力，能够独立承担课题并推动项目进展。 3. 博士（应届）毕业生，或硕士学历且具有 3 年及以上相关工作经验。 4. 具备扎实的分子相互作用、蛋白-配体识别、热力学、构象动态及结构基础药物设计理论基础。 5. 熟悉常规 CADD 技术体系，包括但不限于：分子对接（Docking）、分子动力学模拟（MD）、自由能微扰（FEP）、结构基础或配体基础药物设计方法， 熟悉常用的各类药物设计相关数据库； 6. 在小分子、多肽、抗体优化、RDC、ADC等一个或多个领域有相关经验； 7. 熟练使用Linux系统，精通Python等至少一门编程语言； 8. 能够将英语作为工作语言，流畅参与日常技术讨论、项目汇报及跨团队协作； 9. 具有较强的团队合作意识和跨学科协作能力。

加分项 1. 具有创新药研发或工业界药物发现项目经验者优先。 2. 具备将计算结果与实验数据（如活性、亲和力、SAR、药效结果等）结合分析的经验。 3. 具备机器学习的应用或开发经验者优先
