1. 作为DP商业化团队的一员，您将负责DP在能源、石化以及泛材料等领域的商业化战略落地，以提高DP产品和解决方案的渗透率以及业务收入增长。 2.您将与DP团队和生态伙伴合作，执行公司整体业务战略，以确保承诺的客户价值获得客户满意，并提升客户满意度，获得可持续业务增长。

1.面向能源、石化、半导体、合金等行业进行客户开发，制定行业客户开发计划以及具体客户策略，完成年度业务指标； 2.根据公司战略目标和年度计划，按照月度拆解目标，协同产品、技术、交付以及解决方案层面团队落实整体计划和执行； 3.在客户各级关系（高管决策层、管理层、技术层和用户层）层面建立和发展值得信赖的关系，以实现DP业务的突破和可持续增长； 4.参与全流程项目交付，管理客户预期，执行客户满意度计划，并与客户共同发掘和塑造行业标杆项目； 5.洞察行业客户需求，与公司各团队协作，就不同阶段业务收敛出PMF和业务方法论，形成战略举措和行业样板客户； 6.建立垂直行业生态圈，建立和提升公司在垂直行业的形象以及地位。协助完成相关推广工作、不定期对重点区域和线上渠道举办产品宣讲活动； 7.围绕客户需求和价值实现，对友商进行洞察与学习，并与公司团队协作，维护和提高公司市场竞争力，进一步赋能客户。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历； 2.有3年及以上to B企业的销售工作经验/解决方案经验/售前经验； 3.有相关领域行业从业经验或者认知（能源、石化、半导体、合金、泛材料等行业）； 4.具备一定程度的计算材料/CAE/智能化研发/电池/石化等领域的知识和认知； 5.持续不断的学习能力、高效的沟通能力、较好的抗压能力。
