1. 负责公司知识产权（专利、商标等）全流程管理，结合公司AI for Science核心业务，制定布局策略，挖掘可专利技术点，推动技术成果知识产权化。 2. 开展知识产权风险预警、FTO分析及侵权监测，规避业务各环节知识产权风险，完善相关管理制度与合规流程。 3. 处理知识产权诉讼、仲裁、异议、复审等纠纷事宜，保障公司核心知识产权稳定。 4. 为各部门提供知识产权专业支持，开展内部培训，提升全员知识产权保护意识。 5. 统筹管理国内外知识产权合作机构，跟踪行业政策变化，优化知识产权管理策略。

1. 本科及以上学历，有物理/化学/机械及法学交叉学科背景优先，具备专利代理师资格者优先。 2. 3-5年以上知识产权相关工作经验，有软硬件领域从业经验者优先。 3. 精通中国知识产权法规，熟悉欧美相关制度及申请流程，能独立撰写法律文书、处理纠纷案件。 4. 具备良好的商业意识、跨部门协作能力及项目管理能力，工作严谨、责任心强，学习能力突出。 5. 加分项：有AI for Science相关领域经验、英文能力优秀，或有高新技术企业相关知识产权工作经验。
