1. 负责AI科研工具在抖音、小红书、B站、视频号等平台的达人挖掘与筛选，重点拓展科研垂类达人； 2. 独立完成合作内容的选题设计与脚本策划，推进合作落地，并保证内容发布效果； 3. 跟踪合作内容的数据表现，包括曝光量、互动率、转化率等核心指标，并基于数据优化达人合作策略； 4. 持续关注科研类、AI类内容更新热点，总结平台爆款内容结构，产出可复用的内容脚本与投放经验； 5. 参与AI科研工具相关内容方向的探索，帮助更多科研用户了解并使用AI工具提升科研效率。

1. 硕士及以上在读，理工科或科研相关专业背景，深刻理解科研场景和科研痛点； 2. 每周实习5天及以上，可长期实习； 3. 抖音、小红书、B站等平台深度用户，对科研工具、效率工具或AI相关内容有兴趣； 4. 具备基础数据分析能力，能够通过数据评估达人合作效果并进行复盘； 5. 熟练使用常见数据分析工具（如 Excel / Google Sheets / Python / SQL 等至少一种）； 6. 具备良好的沟通能力与执行力，能够高效推进达人合作项目落地。

加分项 1. 有达人挖掘、商务洽谈类实习经验或自媒体运营经验（如抖音、小红书、B站等）； 2. 对AI for Science或AI工具类产品有持续关注； 3. 具备 AI 全流程内容创作能力，能独立使用大模型完成选题、撰稿、润色、多平台适配；熟练使用 AI 进行竞品分析、用户洞察与内容策略优化，具备多模态内容生成能力（图文 + 短视频）； 4. 拥有成熟的 AI 工作流，能在保证质量前提下大幅提升内容产出效率。
