Willkommen bei uns

Für den Ausbau unserer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Chemielaboranten für die Analytische Entwicklung in Vollzeit. In dieser Position wirken Sie aktiv an der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung analytischer Methoden mit und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung von Produktqualität und Prozessverständnis. Ihre Arbeitszeit ist von Montag bis Donnerstag jeweils von 6:00 bis 15:00 Uhr und freitags von 6:00 bis 11:00 Uhr.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung analytischer Prüfmethoden
  • Durchführung von Methodenvalidierungen und Methodenverifizierungen
  • Planung und Durchführung analytischer Untersuchungen im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Einsatz moderner Analysetechniken wie HPLC, GC, AAS, Titration und weiteren instrumentellen Verfahren
  • Auswertung, Dokumentation und Interpretation von Analysendaten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfvorschriften, SOPs und analytischen Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und der Lösung analytischer Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Technologie- und Methodentransfers
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant, Chemisch-technischer Assistent (CTA), Pharmakant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der analytischen Entwicklung ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit chromatographischen und spektroskopischen Analysetechniken (u.a. HPLC, GC, AAS) sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, analytische Fragestellungen gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zu bearbeiten
  • Offenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien und Verfahren sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Motivation, sich eigenständig in neue analytische Methoden, Techniken und wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Zusätzliche Voraussetzungen

Aufgrund regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Sicherheitsstandards erfolgt die Einstellung unter der Voraussetzung einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung gemäß § 7 LuftSiG sowie der Vorlage eines Führungszeugnisses.
