Willkommen bei uns

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Elektroniker für die Gebäudetechnik in Vollzeit (montags bis donnerstags von 7:00 bis 16:00 Uhr und freitags von 07:00 bis 11:30 Uhr), der sich um die Wartung, Instandhaltung und den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Gebäude und technischen Anlagen kümmert.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung, Bedienung und Wartung der technischen Gebäudeanlagen
  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs-, Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Betreuung und Überwachung von Anlagen: Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik (HLK); Sanitärtechnik; Gebäudeleittechnik/MSR-Technik; Aufzugs-, Tor- und Türanlagen; Brandmelde-, Sicherheits- und Zutrittsanlagen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontroll- und Inspektionsrundgänge
  • Koordination und Begleitung von externen Dienstleistern und Fachfirmen
  • Unterstützung bei Umbau-, Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Prüf- und Betreiberpflichten
  • Mitarbeit bei Maßnahmen zur Energieeffizienz und Optimierung des Anlagenbetriebs
  • Unterstützung bei GaLa-Bau, Messebau und Malertätigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik
  • Erfahrung in Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Erfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen und Prüfunterlagen
  • Grundkenntnisse in den relevanten Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Kunden- bzw. serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Flexibilität bei Störungen und dringenden technischen Problemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Brandschutz

Zusätzliche Voraussetzungen

Aufgrund regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Sicherheitsstandards erfolgt die Einstellung unter der Voraussetzung einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung gemäß § 7 LuftSiG sowie der Vorlage eines Führungszeugnisses.
