Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter Qualifizierung/CSV in Vollzeit, der die Qualifizierung unserer Anlagen und Systeme sowie die Sicherstellung der Compliance-Anforderungen unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Erstellung von User Requirement Specifications (URS) sowie Durchführung und Dokumentation von Risikoanalysen unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden GMP-Anforderungen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Betreuung von Qualifizierungs- und Requalifizierungsmaßnahmen einschließlich der Erstellung von Qualifizierungsplänen und -berichten
  • Erstellung wiederkehrender periodischer Bewertungen, jährlicher Requalifizierungen sowie Audit-Trail-Reviews für bestehende Anlagen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion, z. B. Abfüllanlagen für Liquida, Reinmedienanlagen wie Wasser- und Druckluftsysteme, Autoklaven sowie Anlagen der Konfektionierung
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) zur Bedienung und Reinigung von Anlagen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Abweichungsberichten, Change-Control-Anträgen sowie CAPA-Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der GMP-Compliance
  • Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits sowie bei Behördeninspektionen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pharmaingenieurwesen bzw. Chemieingenieurwesen oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Pharmakant bzw. Chemikant mit Techniker-Fortbildung
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion sowie gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Compliance und der relevanten Qualifizierungssysteme
  • Erfahrung in der Qualifizierung und Requalifizierung (inkl. periodischer Bewertung) von Anlagen und Geräten sowie der Ausarbeitung von User Requirement Specifications (URS) und der Erstellung und Moderation von Risikoanalysen, z. B. FMEA
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
  • Eigeninitiative, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Technisches Verständnis bzw. technisches Know-how sowie eine zielorientierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Zusätzliche Voraussetzungen

Aufgrund regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Sicherheitsstandards erfolgt die Einstellung unter der Voraussetzung einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung gemäß § 7 LuftSiG sowie der Vorlage eines Führungszeugnisses.
