Buscamos um(a) profissional experiente para atuar na sua operação sendo responsável pelo caixa e pelo apoio ao salão.

A função exige muito mais do que conhecimento técnico: é uma posição de confiança, que demanda organização, responsabilidade, honestidade e excelente atendimento ao cliente.

O profissional realizará abertura e fechamento de caixa, recebimento de pagamentos, conferência de valores, emissão de documentos fiscais, controle das movimentações financeiras e apoio ao salão durante a operação.

A rotina acontece em um ambiente de grande movimento, principalmente aos finais de semana, exigindo agilidade, equilíbrio emocional, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência como Operador(a) de Caixa (preferencialmente em bares, restaurantes ou cafeterias);
  • Conhecimento de sistemas de PDV;
  • Experiência com recebimentos, fechamento de caixa e conferência de valores;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade com cálculos;
  • Boa comunicação e postura profissional;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x1, no período noturno, finais de semana e feriados;
  • Fácil acesso ao bairro Rio Branco, em Porto Alegre.

Jornada de trabalho:

  • Contratação CLT;
  • Escala 6x1;
  • Atuação predominante no período noturno;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semana e feriados, com possibilidade de turnos também no horário do almoço;
  • Aos domingos, poderá haver jornada com intervalo ampliado entre os turnos;
  • Horas extras remuneradas conforme necessidade da operação;
  • As escalas são organizadas e divulgadas semanalmente.

Remuneração bruta média mensal aproximada: R$ 5.500,00

  • Salário-base: R$ 1.930,00 + adicional de quebra de caixa + comissão paga em folha, com média histórica aproximada de R$4.000,00 mensais + horas extras

O valor da comissão poderá variar conforme o desempenho da operação e os critérios internos de remuneração.
