Stellenbeschreibung

Du hast Lust, den Bereich Business Development & Marketing nachhaltig voranzutreiben und bei spannenden nationalen und internationalen Themenstellungen mitzuarbeiten? Dein Herz schlägt für die ganzheitliche Beratung rund um die Immobilie und du suchst ein vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet? Dann übernimm bei uns im "neext"-Team Verantwortung!

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Networking Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Übersichten, Präsentationen und Marketingmaterialien
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau digitaler Plattformen und Kontaktmanagement (CRM)
  • Konzeptionierung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung neuer Konzepte für unterschiedliche Dialogformate
  • Unterstützung bei der Kontakterschließung potenzieller Ansprechpartner und Zielkunden

Qualifikationen

  • Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL, VWL, International Business, Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft, Marketing oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Freude am Formulieren und Verfassen von Texten sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und/oder Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kommunikationsformaten sowie ggf. Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen (Intranet, Social Media)
