Stellenbeschreibung

Begeisterst du dich für ganzheitliche und nachhaltige Immobilienberatung und möchtest die Zukunft energieeffizienter Gebäude aktiv mitgestalten? Dann werde ab 2027 Teil unseres Teams und bring deine Ideen rund um Energie, Nachhaltigkeit und Dekarbonisierung ein.   • Beratung zu nachhaltigen Gebäudekonzepten mit Fokus auf Energieeffizienz, Klimaschutz sowie ESG-, EU-Taxonomie- und EPBD-Anforderungen
  • Entwicklung von Energieversorgungs-, Raumklima-, Sanierungs- und Dekarbonisierungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung erneuerbarer Energien und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Energetische Bewertung von Bestandsgebäuden einschließlich Objektbegehungen, Datenanalysen sowie Identifikation von Energie- und CO₂-Einsparpotenzialen
  • Durchführung dynamischer Gebäudesimulationen zur Bewertung von Energiebedarf und thermischem Komfort
  • Durchführung technischer Due-Diligence-Prüfungen zur Bewertung von Gebäudeausrüstung, energetischer Qualität und Investitionsbedarf
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Energie- und Umweltmanagementsystemen nach ISO 50001 und EMAS
  • Analyse von Fördermöglichkeiten und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Entwicklung strategischer Energiebeschaffungskonzepte

Qualifikationen

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich energieeffizientes und nachhaltiges Bauen, Umweltingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Wärmetechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Kenntnisse baufachlicher Grundlagen und Abläufe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten sowie Kenntnisse in Simulationssoftware, z. B. TRNSYS oder IDA ICE, und/oder CAD
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau) sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Motivation zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung in einem zukunftsorientierten Arbeitsumfeld
