1、5 年以上软件开发经验，熟悉主流 CI/CD 流程与工程实践 2、以指挥 AI 生成代码与交付物为核心工作模式，熟练驾驭 AI 编程工具（如 Claude Code、Opencode 或 Gemini CLI），不手动编码，善用AI工具最大化交付效率 3、具备 Spec-Driven Design 与 Test-Driven Development（TDD）的实战经验 4、掌握 Agent 评估方法论，具备 Eval Pipeline 的端到端设计与落地能力 5、具备分布式系统与后端架构的设计与实施能力 6、熟悉主流提示工程模式（CoT、ReAct）及 RAG 架构设计
