1、预算与业绩管理 - 协助海外销售团队制定年度预算与滚动预测 - 系统化跟踪月度/季度关键业绩指标，输出业绩分析报告，及时预警欠款或续约风险。 - 与财务团队协作，统一海外收入确认口径（按合同价值、开票节点或交付节点），处理不同国家的税务发票要求。 2、销售全流程统筹与风控 - 深度参与项目从线索、商机、合同到续约/增购的全生命周期管理，协调跨国团队，确保流程顺畅 - 监控项目损益，对高定制化或超期交付的项目提出预警与成本优化建议 3、商务支持 - 支持海外销售报价，准备符合当地招标规范的投标文件 - 协助审核合同条款，重点关注数据驻留、GDPR/当地隐私法、服务等级协议（SLA）、自动续约条款及解约条件。 - 管理多国发票开具，并跟踪项目工时审批与续约提醒 4、数据分析与策略优化：搭建海外运营仪表盘，追踪漏斗转化率、客户生命周期价值（LTV）等核心指标

1、经验与语言 - ToB 数字化行业销售运营或大客户销售管理5年以上经验，有东南亚或中东市场实际支持经验者优先。 - 英语可作为工作语言；掌握阿拉伯语、马来语、印尼语或泰语为加分项。 2、核心能力 - 自驱力强，能适应多时区及跨文化工作节奏 - 快速学习，理解不同国家的数据合规、电子发票、代理分销法规等 - 出色的跨部门协调能力，能与法务、财务、客户成功等团队高效协作 - 注重细节，同时具备全局视野，能为海外业务增长提供系统性运营方案 3、专业技能 - 精通数据分析，熟练使用Excel、SQL或BI工具，能处理多币种、多订阅周期的数据建模 - 具备AI工具应用到销售运营工作的实践能力
