Wil jij ontdekken waar jouw commerciële talent ligt en doorgroeien in de verkoop? In ons Traineeship Verkoop leer je het vak in de praktijk. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s, leert onze klanten en producten kennen en ontdekt hoe je commerciële kansen omzet in resultaat. Je krijgt de ruimte om vragen te stellen, initiatief te nemen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te pakken. Geen lange theorie, maar vooral leren door te doen!

Leren en groeien bij OZ Planten

Bij OZ Planten ontdek je de verkoop in een internationale omgeving. We zijn één van de grootste plantenexporteurs van Nederland en maken deel uit van Dutch Flower Group, een toonaangevende internationale sierteeltgroep. Vanuit Aalsmeer bedienen we klanten in heel Europa en daarbuiten. Zo leer je niet alleen het verkoopvak, maar ook hoe je commercieel succesvol bent op verschillende markten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwerkt klantorders en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd;
  • Commerciële kansen ontdekken, je analyseert verkoopgegevens en dashboards en denkt mee over mogelijkheden om onze verkoop te verbeteren;
  • Samenwerken met accountmanagers, je helpt bij het voorbereiden van aanbiedingen en leert hoe je klanten optimaal bedient;
  • Je ondersteunt bij vragen en klachten en denkt mee over passende oplossingen;
  • Je gaat geregeld op reis om bestaande klanten of potentiële nieuwe klanten te bezoeken;
  • Je leert hoe onze verkooporganisatie werkt en draagt bij aan een soepel en efficiënt proces.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent commercieel en neemt initiatief;
  • Je krijgt energie van contact met mensen en het scoren van een goede afspraak;
  • Je ziet kansen, denkt in mogelijkheden en bent proactief;
  • Je pakt makkelijk de telefoon en gaat het gesprek aan;
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Je hebt mbo-, hbo- of wo-denkniveau;
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en vindt het leuk om nieuwe talen te leren. Beheers je al wat Engels, Duits of Frans? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
