Atividades do cargo:

  • Ponto Focal de Relacionamentos: Conduzir o relacionamento com parceiros e assessorias de cobrança terceirizadas, garantindo uma comunicação fluida, eficaz e alinhada às metas da empresa;
  • Gestão de Políticas: Propor melhorias, atualizações e revisões periódicas na Política de Crédito e Cobrança da empresa, avaliando tendências de mercado, cenários macroeconômicos e o apetite de risco da companhia;
  • Análise de Crédito Complexa: Realizar análises aprofundadas e detalhadas do perfil de clientes (especialmente os de maior complexidade ou volume), determinando limites de crédito adequados com base em dados financeiros e comportamentais;
  • Garantia de Conformidade Financeira: Assegurar a acurácia e validação de notas de crédito, abatimentos e liquidações, garantindo a estrita conformidade com as políticas financeiras da companhia;
  • Acompanhamento de Acordos: Monitorar de forma proativa os acordos comerciais estabelecidos com cada cliente, agindo para mitigar riscos e assegurar o cumprimento das condições por ambas as partes;
  • Desenvolvimento de Indicadores e BI: Estruturar e manter atualizados os indicadores de desempenho da área, utilizando ferramentas como Excel e Power BI para transformar dados em relatórios analíticos que apoiem a tomada de decisão;
  • Negociação e Recuperação Estratégica: Negociar diretamente com clientes para a redução da inadimplência, desenhando e aplicando estratégias eficazes voltadas para a recuperação de créditos de difícil recebimento;
  • Automações de processos: Identificar gargalos operacionais na esteira de crédito e propor a automação de processos, participando ativamente da homologação de novas ferramentas, birôs de crédito ou modelos de credit scoring.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Graduação em Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em crédito e cobrança, com habilidades avançadas em negociação e gestão de inadimplência;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Vivência com ferramentas de análise de crédito;
  • Participação em projetos relacionados a automações e implantação de novas tecnologias.

  • Regime: Híbrido – 2 dias de home-office;
  • Escala: Segunda à sexta – 44h semanais.
