Atividades do cargo:

  • Apoiar o gerenciamento do portfólio das categorias de Corpo&Mente e Pele&Beleza, acompanhando performance, rentabilidade e posicionamento dos produtos.
  • Acompanhar e analisar a performance da categoria e do portfólio, utilizando indicadores como receita, margem, volume, giro, positivação, distribuição e ticket médio, identificando oportunidades e pontos de atenção.
  • Elaborar análises e recomendações para planos de ação de curto, médio e longo prazo, contribuindo para o crescimento e desenvolvimento da categoria.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento do P&L da categoria, realizando análises de resultados versus orçamento, metas e forecast e sinalizando desvios e oportunidades.
  • Estruturar análises de mercado, concorrência e comportamento do portfólio, transformando dados em insights e recomendações para apoiar as decisões do Coordenador.
  • Apoiar o planejamento e acompanhamento do calendário comercial e promocional da categoria, contribuindo para estratégias de mix, preço e ações nos diferentes canais.
  • Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Comercial, Trade,, S&OP, Finanças e Marketing Comunicação, acompanhando a execução dos planos e garantindo o alinhamento das informações entre as áreas.
  • Monitorar mercado e concorrência, identificando tendências, oportunidades de crescimento e movimentos relevantes para a categoria.
  • Apoiar a construção de materiais de treinamento e argumentação comercial, contribuindo para o alinhamento do time de vendas sobre produtos, diferenciais e estratégias da categoria.
  • Acompanhar a execução das iniciativas de marketing e trade da categoria, sinalizando oportunidades e desvios em relação à estratégia definida.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em gestão de categorias, portfólio ou produtos, com atuação voltada à análise de performance e resultados.
  • Experiência na construção e acompanhamento de KPIs, análise de dados e geração de insights para tomada de decisão.
  • Conhecimento em P&L, forecast, planejamento comercial e análise de performance será considerado um diferencial.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel (análise e tratamento de dados) e PowerPoint (apresentações executivas).

Local: Vila Madalena – São Paulo/SP; Regime: Híbrido – 2 dias de home-office; Escala: Segunda à sexta – 44h semanais.
