Atividades do cargo:

  • Gestão Autônoma da Carteira 1P: Assumir com autonomia plena a gestão de pedidos, estoque, S&OP e KPIs da carteira 1P, ampliando as entregas do nível Pleno;
  • Análises Preditivas: Elaborar análises preditivas de demanda, estoque e rentabilidade por cliente, categoria e SKU, propondo planos de ação corretivos;
  • Negociação Operacional: Negociar diretamente com compradores dos marketplaces condições operacionais e mecânicas promocionais (descontos, verbas de coop, bundles), dentro de diretrizes definidas pela gestão;
  • Apoio a JBP e Pricing: Apoiar o Especialista/Gerente na estruturação e no acompanhamento do JBP e no monitoramento de preços do canal, sinalizando desvios e riscos de posicionamento de marca;
  • Interface Técnica Multifuncional: Atuar como ponto focal técnico entre Comercial, Logística, Financeiro e Trade Marketing na resolução de gargalos e disputas mais complexas (chargebacks, conciliações críticas);
  • Desenvolvimento de Equipe: Orientar, revisar entregas e apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico ao time;
  • Expansão de Canais: Mapear oportunidades de expansão de categorias e canais, consolidando business cases preliminares para avaliação do Especialista.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia, Logística, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pós-graduação consideramos um diferencial;
  • Experiência em operação/gestão de canais 1P em indústrias de bens de consumo ou e-commerce, incluindo vivência em negociação com varejistas digitais;
  • Excel avançado e ferramentas de BI;
  • Domínio de ERP (Sales Force ou similar);
  • Sólida capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e habilidade de negociação e influência;
  • Experiência em elaboração de JBP (diferencial);
  • Conhecimento do segmento de suplementação alimentar, saúde/bem-estar ou nutrição esportiva (diferencial);
  • Vivência em mentoria de equipes (diferencial).
