Atividades do cargo:

  • Desembalar insumos (remover embalagens externas de bombonas, caixas de papelão, sacarias e demais itens de embalagem).
  • Abastecer a linha de produção com os insumos e embalagens necessários.
  • Realizar a devolução de sobras/sobras de insumos ao final do processo ou lote, mantendo a organização da área.
  • Participar ativamente do processo de envase e embalagem do produto acabado (pós, líquidos, cápsulas e encapsulados, conforme a linha de atuação).
  • Inserir rótulos/etiquetas nos produtos e realizar o encaixotamento e a paletização.
  • Executar o controle em processo de forma contínua conforme as especificações do produto (verificação periódica de peso, selagem, rotulagem e integridade da embalagem).
  • Realizar a movimentação de paletes, matéria-prima e produtos acabados (com fracionamento/pesos de até 25 kg), utilizando os recursos e equipamentos disponibilizados.
  • Realizar a higienização diária de equipamentos e utensílios operacionais da linha de acordo com as normas e recursos disponibilizados.
  • Colaborar com os operadores na limpeza técnica de máquinas.
  • Promover a coleta seletiva de resíduos da linha: identificar, pesar e registrar os resíduos coletados, visando à melhoria contínua e à redução de perdas/quebras.
  • Preencher rigorosamente os registros de produção (etiquetas, documentação de lotes e planilhas de controle), em conformidade com as Boas Práticas de
  • Fabricação (BPF).
  • Cumprir as normas de Segurança do Trabalho e Segurança dos Alimentos, utilizando compulsoriamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) adequados para cada tarefa.
