Atividades do cargo:

  • Gestão e Relacionamento Comercial B2B: Atender a carteira estratégica de Digital Sellers, atuando como um parceiro de negócios para alavancar volume de vendas, giro de estoque e campanhas de incentivo sem gerar conflitos de canal;
  • Gestão Operacional de Pedidos (B2B): Executar a digitação, conferência, faturamento e acompanhamento de pedidos de venda dentro da carteira de clientes;
  • Atuação em Campo & Visitas Presenciais: Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas presenciais frequentes com o objetivo de alinhar estratégias comerciais, mapear necessidades e fortalecer parcerias com decisores dos parceiros;
  • Fiscalização & Governança de Marca (Brand Protection): Atuar na iniciativa de varredura e combate a sellers não autorizados, produtos adulterados ou em desacordo comercial/guerra de preços em marketplaces digitais;
  • Gestão de Conflito de Canais: Aplicar as regras formais da Política Comercial Digital DUX, garantindo a não-canibalização de preços e ofertas entre os canais 1P, 3P próprio e a rede de revendedores;
  • Controle Analítico e Performance: Mapear dados de venda/recompra dos clientes, criar réguas preventivas de notificação e controlar kpis de adesão às diretrizes de marca.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência em vendas B2B/Key Account Management focado em E-commerce, Marketplaces ou Distribuição Digital;
  • Disponibilidade total para viagens regionais e nacionais (possuir CNH válida B);
  • Habilidade negociadora comprovada, perfil orientando a resultados e excelente comunicação interpessoal;
  • Domínio de Excel Avançado (fórmulas de busca, tabelas dinâmicas, tratamento de dados) e conhecimento operacional em ERP (Sales Force recomendado);
  • Capacidade analítica, organização e raciocínio lógico focado em processos.
