1、负责基于LLM/VLM、感知、VLA、导航的人形机器人Agent架构设计，实现大模型逻辑推理能力与人形机器人底层控制模块及端到端模型的高效融合； 2、利用主流Agent框架（如OpenClaw、Harness等）实现自然语言指令到人形机器人复杂动作序列的映射、调度与控制； 3、构建具备反馈能力的Agent系统，使机器人根据复杂环境中的反馈、错误、异常及自身状态，下发符合当前环境的操作指令； 4、提炼人形机器人基础Skill（如语音交互、人体感知、导航、VLA操作等），优化Skill的稳定性与实时性，支持低延迟的异步交互。

1、计算机、机器人、自动化、控制工程等相关专业硕士或博士学历； 2、具有AI Agent实际项目经验，深入理解ReAct、Tool Use、Memory、Planning等核心机制，熟悉OpenClaw等至少一种Agent框架； 3、熟悉语音交互、机器人导航、路径规划、任务队列、状态机等原理，有人形机器人开发经验者优先； 4、熟练使用ROS/ROS2者优先。
