1. 本科及以上，机械 / 电子 / 自动化 / 质量管理相关专业，3 年及以上制造业客户 / 售后质量相关经验；机器人、汽车零部件等行业优先； 2. 掌握 FFR、返修率等市场质量指标统计分析，可独立设定数据基线、拆解质量趋势； 3. 熟练使用 8D、5Why、FMEA 等质量工具，可独立主导批量市场质量问题专项整改； 4. 数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备强跨部门推动能力，可输出专业质量报告与改善方案。
