1、负责ERP系统的日常运行维护与监控，保障系统稳定、可用及安全，管理账号、角色、权限及基础资料与主数据； 2、负责处理各业务部门在ERP使用过程中的问题受理、分析与闭环解决，提供财务、采购、仓储、生产、销售等环节的系统支持； 3、收集并分析业务侧ERP需求，协助优化业务流程在系统中的落地方式，参与新功能测试、上线切换及效果跟踪； 4、对接ERP厂商及实施顾问，推动问题处理与需求交付，跟踪实施进度、上线风险及交付质量，参与相关信息化项目建设； 5、支持ERP数据查询、报表输出、数据核对及异常分析，协助梳理关键经营数据口径，配合系统间接口联调与日志监控； 6、编制并维护ERP操作手册、运维文档与问题知识库，组织用户培训，提升业务部门使用规范性与熟练度。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、财务、供应链等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上ERP运维、实施或信息化相关经验，具备制造业ERP项目经验者优先； 3、熟悉企业业务流程，至少掌握采购、库存、销售、生产、财务中3个以上模块； 4、能够独立处理常见系统问题，具备较强的业务理解与需求转化能力； 5、熟悉SQL，能完成基础数据查询、排查与校验，具备测试能力及文档输出能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效对接业务部门及供应商； 7、有金蝶云·星空/金蝶AI星空运维或实施经验者优先； 8、有MOM/MES、WMS、SRM、OA等系统集成经验或主数据管理、权限管理经验者优先。
