1、负责数据闭环体系的架构设计与搭建，打通数据采集、清洗、标注、存储、模型训练、评测与反馈优化的全链路； 2、参与感知模型的训练与调优，理解模型数据需求，指导数据采集与标注方向； 3、负责挖掘线上线下数据中的长尾场景与Corner Case，设计数据采样策略与增强方案，持续提升数据集质量与模型泛化能力； 4、建立数据质量评估体系，分析数据分布、标注质量与模型性能之间的关联，驱动数据策略的持续优化； 5、推动仿真数据合成、自动标注等技术的落地，降低数据成本，提升数据生产链路效率； 6、建立数据版本管理与模型迭代追踪机制，确保模型训练的可复现性与可追溯性； 7、与算法、数据采集团队紧密协作，快速响应模型迭代需求，推动数据闭环的自动化与规模化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业； 2、3年以上感知算法或数据闭环相关经验，有具身智能、自动驾驶或机器人领域经验者优先； 3、熟悉2D/3D感知算法，了解目标检测、语义分割、多模态融合等常见感知任务； 4、熟悉数据标注流程与质量标准，了解主动学习、难例挖掘等数据策略方法； 5、熟悉数据闭环相关技术，了解数据版本管理、自动化标注、仿真数据合成等方向； 6、熟练掌握Python及PyTorch，具备良好的工程化能力与代码规范； 7、了解常见数据格式与数据处理工具链，有大数据处理经验者优先； 8、具备较强的分析能力与系统性思维，能够从数据-模型联动中发现问题并推动闭环解决； 9、自驱力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，能够有效推动数据与算法的双向迭代。
