1、 负责整机机器人的系统架构设计，定义软硬件接口规范，确保各子系统（机械、硬件、软件、算法）高效协同。 2、 领导机器人产品从概念设计、工程开发、试制、测试到量产导入的全过程，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付。 3、 作为技术核心，领导并协调机械、电子、软件、算法等团队，解决跨领域的技术难题和集成冲突。 4、 主导原型机试制，制定和优化装配、调试工艺路线，解决试产过程中的工艺问题，保证顺利量产。 5、建立整机测试验证体系，制定系统测试方案（功能、性能、可靠性、环境适应性等），并对最终产品质量负责。 6、识别项目中的技术风险，提前制定预案，并能够快速响应和解决开发过程中的突发技术问题。

1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业。8年以上整机架构开发经验，至少主导过2款以上成功量产的整机产品的全流程开发。 2、具备以下一个或多个行业的资深背景：汽车/机械臂/工业机器人/无人机/扫地机器人等。 3、能够从全局视角理解和设计复杂系统。 4、对机械结构、硬件电路、嵌入式软件、运动控制、感知算法等有较为全面的理解。 5、优秀的项目规划、风险控制和团队协作能力，能驱动团队朝共同目标前进。
