1、负责机器人遥操作软件系统的架构设计与核心模块开发，构建低延迟、高可靠的远程通信链路，保障遥操全链路响应时延与长期运行稳定性； 2、开发遥操作客户端软件与交互界面，支持多类输入设备（手柄、数据手套、VR设备等）的接入与管理； 3、设计并实现遥操作安全机制，包括权限控制、指令校验、异常检测、碰撞检测与故障保护策略； 4、负责遥操作与机器人运动控制、视觉感知、语音交互等模块的集成联调，推动端到端任务流程稳定运行； 5、开发遥操作数据采集、录制与回放工具链，支撑数据驱动的算法优化与模型训练； 6、参与现场部署与用户验收，推动非专业用户在短时间内完成基础操作学习。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业； 2、3年及以上机器人软件系统开发经验，有遥操作或人机交互系统开发经验优先； 3、精通ROS/ROS2，熟悉DDS通信机制与生命周期管理； 4、精通C++或Python，具备良好的软件工程能力与代码规范； 5、熟悉TCP/UDP/WebSocket等网络通信协议，有低延迟数据传输开发经验优先； 6、理解机器人运动学基础，能够与算法团队高效协作完成控制链路打通； 7、具备现场调试与问题定位能力，有机器人产品化落地经验优先。
