工作职责： 1、负责世界模型的研发，构建能够模拟和预测机器人、环境及物体动态交互的算法模型； 2、将世界模型与机器人的感知、规划和控制算法深度结合，提升机器人行为的可预测性与可解释性； 3、设计并开发用于分析和可视化模型内部状态、决策依据及预测结果的工具与方法； 4、利用世界模型生成合成数据或进行仿真推演，以更高效地训练和验证下游具身算法； 5、跟踪世界模型、生成模型、因果推理等领域的前沿进展，并推动其在机器人项目中的应用。

任职要求： 1、计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学或相关专业博士学历，或硕士学历具备3年以上相关研究经验； 2、在生成模型、序列建模、动态系统预测、强化学习等一个或多个领域有扎实的理论基础和丰富的实践经验； 3、熟练掌握PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备出色的算法实现和实验分析能力； 4、熟悉机器人学基本概念，对提升算法的可解释性、鲁棒性和泛化能力有强烈兴趣和独到见解； 5、具备优秀的分析解决问题能力和创新能力，有在顶级会议发表相关论文者优先。
