The posting

1、负责建设3DGS、摄影测量、激光雷达等真实场景重建管线，产出度量尺度准确的可用资产，并完成物体分割、语义标注及可交互区域标注； 2、负责评估并接入Objaverse、GSO、ShapeNet等开源资产库，拓展资产来源渠道； 3、建设自动化几何处理链路，包括模型修复（水密化、减面LOD、UV展开、凸分解碰撞体生成）及PBR材质/纹理工作流（贴图制作、烘焙、压缩）； 4、补全资产的物理属性信息，如质量、惯性张量、摩擦系数及恢复系数等，提升资产物理仿真准确性； 5、设计并维护基于OpenUSD的资产组织结构（references、variants、instancing），建立版本控制与去重机制； 6、建设资产元数据体系，构建语义检索能力，维护命名、目录及规格等资产规范标准； 7、建立自动化资产质量检测与仿真烟测流程，包括穿模检测、爆炸检测、NaN检测及不收敛检测，以及渲染回归测试，探索VLM辅助资产合理性判断； 8、落地文本生成3D、程序化场景生成等生成式资产工作流，使用Agent编排自动化资产流水线； 9、为域随机化提供资产侧支持，包括材质、光照、尺寸形状变体及布局采样。 任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数字媒体、游戏设计或相关专业，3年以上3D图形学、游戏引擎资产管线或技术美术相关经验； 2、熟悉3D场景重建方法（至少掌握3DGS、NeRF、摄影测量中的一类）及网格几何处理技术（减面、重拓扑、水密修复、凸分解）； 3、熟悉PBR材质与纹理工作流，掌握贴图制作、UV展开、烘焙及压缩等相关技术； 4、具备实际搭建或维护资产管线的经验，理解资产规范、版本管理与质量保障体系； 5、具备良好的Python工程能力，能够将美术流程沉淀为自动化脚本； 6、熟悉SimFoundry、WorldLab系列（Atlas）、EmbodiedGen系列相关工作； 7、熟悉Agent/LLM API调用，能够将相关能力落地到实际工程流程中； 8、了解3DGS相关工作、大规模资产库管理经验或有调用大模型生成大规模3D场景经验者优先； 9、有用LLM驱动Blender bpy/Houdini/USD Python做程序化建模，或接入TRELLIS、Hunyuan3D、Meshy、Tripo等生成式3D服务经验者优先； 10、有OpenUSD/Omniverse生态深度使用经验、Unity/Unreal商业项目资产管线或TA经验者优先； 11、熟悉SAM2/Grounded-SAM/OpenMask3D等分割模型，或熟悉程序化生成工具链（Infinigen、ProcTHOR、Substance Designer、Houdini HDA）者优先； 12、了解Isaac Sim/MuJoCo对资产的特殊要求，有物理参数标定经验者优先； 13、具备将重复性美术劳动工程化与自动化的强烈倾向，愿意用AI工具重构工作流，推动工具链持续迭代。
