1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业； 2、5年以上机器人、智能硬件或复杂机电系统项目管理经验； 3、具备扎实的硬件基础知识，熟悉嵌入式系统开发，同时了解软件架构和算法集成； 4、精通项目管理方法论，熟练掌握敏捷开发、瀑布模型等项目管理模式； 5、出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够有效推动多团队协作达成项目目标； 6、具备PMP认证或同类项目管理资质者优先； 7、有成功带领机器人整机项目从0到1落地经验者优先。
