1. 负责机器人整机及零部件工艺开发、DFM设计评审，承接研发样机完成新品试产、工艺验证与量产导入； 2. 编制、优化SOP、工艺规范及控制计划，管控ECN/PCN工艺变更，落地生产工艺标准化； 3. 主导工装治具、装配自动化设备导入与优化，解决试制、量产工艺异常，通过8D/DOE等工具推动问题闭环，提升产线良率与效率； 4. 落地精益改善项目，复盘生产工艺数据，持续优化生产流程、降低生产成本。

1. 本科及以上，机械、机电、自动化、材料等相关专业，5年以上精密制造、机器人行业工艺量产经验； 2. 熟练掌握FMEA、8D、DOE、控制计划等工艺质量工具，可独立完成工艺开发、文件编制与工装优化； 3. 熟悉ERP/MES生产系统，具备生产数据分析、工艺改善和量产问题解决能力； 4. 具备优秀的跨部门协同、项目推进能力，可独立负责新品从试产到量产的全流程导入。

加分项 1. 有机器人、灵巧手相关装配工艺经验优先； 2. 完整主导过新品试产至量产爬坡导入项目； 3. 熟练使用三维设计软件，可独立配合工装结构优化。
