1、负责基于 Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab（Arena）、Genesis、MuJoCo、Unreal Engine、Unity 等引擎搭建并维护大规模并行仿真环境，支持人形机器人物理仿真、渲染与数据采集； 2、负责建设 real2sim2real 闭环链路，完成真机数据采集、系统辨识、仿真参数与执行器/传感器标定，持续收敛仿真与真机的行为差异； 3、负责策略在真机上的部署与现场调试，独立定位 simulation → policy → real robot 链路问题并分析 sim-to-real gap； 4、负责搭建具备一致性的仿真评测系统，设计物理合理性、动作可执行性、接触一致性等量化指标，形成对仿真环境的反馈闭环； 5、负责设计域随机化策略，从场景、材质、光照、物理参数等维度提升仿真多样性与策略鲁棒性； 6、负责真实场景重建与 3D 资产生成落地，基于 3DGS、NeRF 及混元 3D、TRELLIS、Seed3D 等方法产出度量尺度准确的仿真场景与 sim-ready 资产； 7、负责资产的仿真化加工（UV 处理、碰撞体添加与优化、网格修复、物理属性补全），并建立自动化质量检测与仿真烟测流程。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、图形学等相关专业，2 年以上机器人仿真、真机调试或相关工程经验； 2、熟练使用 Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、Genesis 等至少两种仿真平台，具备大规模仿真场景搭建经验，熟悉 Isaac Lab Arena、Unreal Engine、Unity 等引擎者优先； 3、具备 real2sim2real 实际项目经验，理解系统辨识、传感器与执行器标定、仿真与真机差异的定位与修正方法； 4、有人形机器人（Unitree G1 / H1 等）、四足或机械臂的真机部署与调试经验，熟悉机器人 SDK 与实时控制循环，具备现场排障能力； 5、熟悉 SIMPLER、Polaris、WorldLab 系列（Atlas）、SimFoundry 等仿真评测与 real2sim2real 相关工作； 6、熟悉 3D 资产重建（3DGS、NeRF）与生成（混元 3D、TRELLIS、Seed3D 等），有生成 sim-ready 资产经验；熟悉 Blender，掌握 UV 处理、碰撞体添加等资产编辑方法； 7、扎实的机器人学基础（FK/IK、运动规划、碰撞检测、刚体动力学），熟练使用 Python / PyTorch，具备良好的 Python + C++ 工程能力与 GPU 并行计算经验； 8、有双足机器人、机械臂、无人机、灵巧手等平台仿真经验，或熟悉 GMR、SOMA、MimicGen、VLK 等重定向与数据生成工作者优先； 9、有 ROS2 使用经验，或有顶会论文、高质量开源项目、ACM-ICPC 等算法竞赛经验者优先。
