1、能快速分析机器人关节问题，配合团队定位整机问题的根源，能较好地协助完成量产交付； 2、理解电机控制FOC算法，能快速完成新关节的适配； 3、配合硬件及其他部门人员进行关节联调，能配合研发辅助功能需求的软件； 4、参与关节软件技术平台建设，优化关节相关的功能与性能代码； 5、编写技术文档，包括设计文档、测试报告与算法说明等。

1、计算机科学、自动化、电气工程或相关领域的学位，要求本科以上； 2、精通C/C++等编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码调试能力； 3、了解电机控制理论和算法，矢量控制、PID控制等基本控制方法； 4、能熟练使用Matlab工具，熟悉至少一种主流MCU的架构及外设； 5、具有电机控制相关行业的调试经验，如机器人、电动汽车、无人机、变频器、工业伺服等； 6、具有一定的通讯功能调试经验，如UART、CAN、SPI及EtherCAT等通讯方式； 6、具备较好的学习能力与工作热情，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
