1、主导机器人端侧软件平台的整体架构设计，覆盖数据闭环、算法部署、OTA升级、系统诊断、研发工具链等核心平台域，制定统一的平台分层与服务化架构规范 2、与产品、硬件、算法、测试团队深度协作，梳理整机核心业务工作流，推动需求→设计→开发→验证的全链路高效对齐 3、建立和推广扎实的软件工程规范，包括代码架构、接口契约、版本管理、CI/CD流程及质量标准，提升团队整体工程交付能力 4、深入参与疑难问题攻关，具备从系统级视角定位并解决软硬件协同、实时性、偶发失效等复杂问题的能力 5、为各子系统技术方案进行评审与兜底，解决跨平台域的疑难技术问题，把控平台整体稳定性与安全性 6、推动研发体系与工程流程建设，包括仿真测试、HIL/SIL、持续集成、版本管理及发布流程规范，与AI提效工具链深度整合，打造现代化研发闭环 7、主导AI研发提效体系的建设，将Vibe Coding、AI代码生成、智能测试、需求到代码的自动化流水线等引入团队研发工作流，系统性降低重复性工程成本，提升整体交付速度

1、8年以上软件开发经验，有复杂软件平台从0到1完整落地经历 2、软件工程基础扎实，深刻理解分层解耦、服务化设计、接口契约等架构原则，能制定并推行团队级工程规范 3、具备复杂软件系统的完整架构设计与大规模交付经验，能够独立主导从0到1的平台级架构落地，有机器人、自动驾驶等系统建设者优先 4、熟练掌握Linux系统机制、进程通信（DDS/ROS2/共享内存）、系统性能分析及故障诊断手段 5、具备系统级问题拆解与根因定位能力，能在软硬件边界模糊、信息不完整的情况下快速收敛问题、给出可执行方案 6、具备AI辅助研发的实战经验，深度使用过Cursor、Claude Code、Copilot等工具，能够结合工程场景设计AI工作流，有Vibe Coding或AI流水线落地经验者优先落地经验者优先
