1、负责机器人整机系统的集成、联调与交付工作，涵盖软硬件接口对接及各子系统的集成联调，确保系统整体功能完整性与性能达标； 2、负责机器人产品化过程中的任务推进工作，包括需求梳理、计划制定、资源协调、进度跟踪、风险识别与闭环管理，确保项目按节点高质量交付； 3、负责系统集成过程中的问题定位与协调推动，打通算法、软件、硬件、测试等团队之间的协作壁垒，组织技术评审与阶段性复盘； 4、建立并维护系统集成规范、测试用例、发布流程及文档体系，提升集成效率与产品稳定性。

1、机器人、自动化、计算机、机械电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上机器人或智能硬件领域系统集成及项目管理经验； 2、熟悉机器人软件架构，具备软硬件联调能，了解常见传感器及执行机构的基本原理与接口； 3、具备实际项目管理经验，熟悉敏捷或瀑布开发流程，有PMP或Scrum Master认证者优先； 4、优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力与推动力，能有效组织多角色协作，具备风险预判与危机处理意识； 5、逻辑清晰，文档能力强，责任心强，具备良好的技术理解力，能与算法、硬件、软件工程师进行高效沟通。
