1. 市场与需求洞察：跟踪机器人及智能硬件行业趋势、技术动态与竞品策略，通过用户访谈、场景调研等方式挖掘核心需求，输出有数据支撑的市场洞察报告。 2. 产品规划与定义：参与产品功能定义，兼顾用户体验、技术可行性与商业价值，明确软硬件协同需求与接口标准。 3. 跨部门协同落地：协调研发、硬件、软件、测试、供应链等多团队资源，推动产品从立项到量产 / 上线的全流程执行，把控关键里程碑，及时解决开发中的风险与冲突。 4. 产品迭代与优化：跟踪产品市场反馈、运营数据及用户使用情况，结合技术迭代趋势，制定产品迭代策略，持续优化产品性能、成本与用户体验，助力产品实现市场突破。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械工程、电子信息、计算机、自动化等理工科相关专业优先，背景优秀（重点院校、大厂、行业头部企业经历者优先）。 2. 1-3 年硬件行业（机器人、智能硬件、消费电子、工业控制等）产品相关经验，领导或深度参与过至少 1 款产品从 0 到 1 落地，或从 1 到 N 迭代的完整周期，且产品实现市场验证（如销量达标、客户认可、市场份额提升）。 3. 具备扎实的产品基本功，熟练掌握需求分析、竞品分析、PRD 撰写、原型设计技能，了解硬件开发流程（如结构设计、生产工艺）或软件开发逻辑（如嵌入式系统、云端平台）。 4. 拥有出色的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能快速拆解复杂问题并转化为可执行方案，具备数据驱动决策的意识与基础分析能力。 5. 具备强跨部门协作与推动能力，能有效协调多方资源达成目标，抗压性强，对机器人行业有浓厚兴趣与持续学习的热情。

【优先条件】 1. 接受过成熟的产品逻辑培训、有机器人行业相关产品经验者优先。 2. 同时具备硬件与软件产品相关工作经历，能理解软硬件协同核心痛点者优先。 3. 熟悉敏捷开发流程，具备成本控制思维、商业化思维者优先。
