岗位职责： 1、负责机器人执行器的无刷伺服驱动器设计，设计整套电控硬件方案(器件选型、原理图、PCB等)，及后续的优化升级或定制产品的开发； 3、根据实际性能指标需求，参考行业或产品标准，制定执行器整机性能测试方案，并执行电控相关的测试； 4、编写技术开发设计文档，产品规格文档等； 5、负责解决客户端的问题反馈； 6、主导硬件的批量生产导入，包括生产资料下发，产线现场跟踪等； 7、配合结构、电机本体、软件工程师，进行开发过程的联调和问题分析； 9、辅助参与产品设计规划，对产品指标、测试方案、结构设计、软件设计给出建议；

任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，电气及自动化、机电一体化、电力电子相关专业。具备扎实的电机本体(PMSM)、磁场定向控制(FOC)、开关电源、自动控制等理论知识； 2、具备5年以上的电机控制领域产品（伺服驱动器、变频器）开发经验，有批量产品开发经验； 3、对模拟、数字电路、电力电子技术、处理器技术有较好的理论基础和实际应用能力； 4、对各类电子元器件的参数、应用有深入的理解认知，有良好的电路原理分析能力； 5、掌握示波器、LCR、各类电源、电子负载等常用调试设备使用，具备良好的焊接技能； 6、熟练使用立创EDA/AD等原理图和PCB制图软件； 7、具有EMC设计、失效分析相关经验；
