参与机器人控制系统的软件架构设计与开发，负责机器人通信链路、控制指令下发、状态同步等核心模块的研发与迭代。 1、基于 ROS2 设计并开发机器人控制系统软件架构，包括但不限于遥操作、力控、轨迹规划等技术在机器人侧的落地。 2、负责遥操作控制指令的实时传输与状态同步，确保低延迟、高可靠的操作体验。 3、负责机器人面向操作任务的优化，持续改善操控流畅度与响应速度。 4、配合硬件团队完成机器人操作相关链路的端到端联调与性能调优。 5、维护机器人控制系统相关代码仓库，编写技术文档与接口规范。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机器人、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。 2、熟悉 ROS2 核心概念与机制：节点通信（Topic/Service/Action）、DDS 配置、生命周期节点、launch 系统等。 3、熟悉 C++ 和 Python，熟练使用 Python 进行工具链开发与快速原型验证。 4、熟悉机器人学理论基础（正逆运动学、关节/笛卡尔空间控制、坐标系变换等）。 5、熟悉TCP/UDP/WebSocket等网络通信协议，有低延迟数据传输开发经验优先。 6、熟练使用 Linux 环境开发，熟悉 Git 版本管理。 7、具备现场调试与问题定位能力，有机器人遥操作产品化落地经验优先。

加分项： 1、有遥操作 / 力反馈等控制器开发经验。 2、熟悉 MoveIt2、ros2_control 等机器人控制框架。 3、有机械臂 / 人形机器人遥操作项目经验。 4、了解实时通信协议（如 EtherCAT、CAN）或网络传输优化方案。 5、有系统集成与跨团队协作经验，能独立推动技术方案落地。
