1、负责机器人软件与大模型相关项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、计划制定、进度跟踪、风险识别与闭环管理； 2、协调算法、工程、数据、测试等多团队协作，确保机器人感知、决策、控制及大模型训练、部署、推理服务等模块的高效交付； 3、制定并优化机器人软件开发与大模型迭代流程，推动敏捷、MLOps等最佳实践的落地； 4、管理项目版本与发布计划，跟踪关键节点与里程碑，确保项目按期高质量交付； 5、组织项目评审会议，定期向管理层汇报项目状态，推动跨部门资源协调与问题决策； 6、建立项目度量与复盘机制，持续提升机器人软件与大模型研发团队的交付效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、机器人等相关专业； 2、3年以上软件项目管理经验，必须具备机器人公司（人形机器人、服务机器人、工业机器人等）的项目经历； 3、了解大模型训练、微调、部署的基本流程，有大模型相关项目经验者优先； 4、熟悉敏捷开发、瀑布等项目管理方法论，具备PMP或CSM认证者优先； 5、具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力与风险管控意识，能推动复杂技术项目落地； 6、熟悉Jira、Tapd、禅道等项目管理工具，具备数据分析与报告撰写能力； 7、自驱力强，结果导向，能适应快节奏的研发环境。
