The posting

1.负责金蝶ERP、MES、飞书、WMS、CRM等信息化系统的二次开发、功能扩展、接口集成与持续优化； 2.参与业务需求调研，理解采购、销售、计划、生产、仓储、质量、财务、审批等制造业流程，并转化为系统功能与集成方案； 3.完成ERP二次开发（单据扩展、插件开发、表单流程、报表开发、接口开发等）； 4.完成MES二次开发（生产工单、报工、工序流转、质量检验、生产追溯、设备数据采集、车间看板、标签打印等）； 5.开发飞书开放平台功能（审批流程、机器人消息、通讯录、单点登录、飞书表格、多维表格、自建应用等）； 6.负责ERP、MES、飞书等系统间的数据同步与RESTful API接口开发，确保数据准确性、安全性与高可用； 7.进行全栈开发：.NET后端API + Vue前端页面（PC端、移动端、平板端、车间看板）； 8.负责数据库开发、复杂SQL、数据清洗同步、性能优化及系统部署、线上问题排查。

1.3年以上ERP/MES或企业信息化系统开发与集成经验； 2.精通C#/.NET/ASP.NET Core，熟练设计开发RESTful API，熟悉JWT、RabbitMQ、Redis、Nginx等中间件； 3.熟练掌握Vue2/Vue3 + Element UI，具备多端开发经验（PC、管理后台、移动端、平板端、车间看板）； 4.熟练使用MySQL/SQL Server等数据库，精通复杂SQL、索引优化、事务处理及数据同步； 5.熟悉制造业核心业务流程（采购、销售、生产、仓储、质量、财务等）； 6.有金蝶ERP（云星空/K3）、MES或飞书开放平台开发经验者优先； 7.本科及以上学历，熟练使用Git、Swagger、Postman等工具，具备良好的需求分析和问题排查能力。
