1、负责基于Unity和PICO Unity Integration SDK的数据采集工具APP的整体架构设计与开发，构建稳定、高效的多模态数据采集框架； 2、负责APP端核心功能模块的开发，包括实时预览、采集控制、参数配置、录制管理及状态监控等； 3、接入并封装PICO SDK相关接口，实现相机图像（RGB/VST）、头显6DoF位姿、手部追踪、全身骨架、PICO Motion Tracker等多源数据的同步采集与录制； 4、负责Android端性能优化，包括渲染效率、内存占用、采集帧率、功耗等关键指标的持续调优； 5、负责后端服务的架构设计与开发，包括数据上传、存储管理、任务调度及API接口等模块； 6、设计并实现数据存储方案，支持采集数据的本地缓存、云端同步及多格式导出（MP4、JSON、CSV、NPZ等）； 7、开发采集质量检查机制，包括丢帧检测、时间戳连续性检查、数据完整性校验及异常日志记录； 8、参与技术选型与架构演进，制定开发规范与代码标准，推动工具的高效迭代； 9、与算法、数采及产品团队紧密协作，快速响应业务需求，持续优化采集工具的功能与体验。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数字媒体技术等相关专业； 2、2年以上Unity开发经验，有完整Unity项目开发与上线经验； 3、熟悉PICO Unity Integration SDK，了解PICO设备的手部追踪、身体追踪、Motion Tracker等核心功能接口； 4、精通C#编程，具备良好的组件化与模块化设计能力； 5、熟悉Android平台Unity打包、真机调试、权限配置及ADB日志查看等流程； 6、熟悉常见数据序列化格式及文件读写操作，能够实现稳定的数据录制与导出； 7、掌握至少一种后端开发语言，了解常见Web框架及API设计者优先； 8、具备良好的性能优化与问题排查能力，能够独立分析并解决复杂问题； 9、自驱力强，具备良好的沟通协作能力与产品意识； 10、有机器人、具身智能或数据采集工具开发经验者优先。
