1. 本科及以上，工业工程 / 供应链 / 机械相关专业，机器人、精密制造行业经验优先； 2. 5 年以上物控 / PMC 经验，完整参与过新品试制至量产爬坡工作； 3. 熟悉 ERP 系统操作逻辑及 BOM 管理，熟悉整机生产全流程； 4. 优秀跨部门沟通能力，具备数据复盘、异常推动闭环的抗压执行力。
