1、负责UMI数据采集设备端软件的开发与维护，实现多传感器数据的高频同步采集、预处理与稳定传输； 2、负责底层数据流的设计与优化，解决采集过程中的丢帧、延迟、时间戳漂移等底层问题，保障数据完整性与同步精度； 3、与嵌入式团队协作，定义传感器数据接口与通信协议，参与硬件驱动调试与数据链路验证； 4、负责数据采集全链路平台的开发，包括采集任务管理、数据上传、存储、可视化与质检工具； 5、建立数据质量评估体系，监控传感器同步精度、数据完整性等底层指标，从源头保障数据可用性； 6、与算法团队紧密协作，根据模型反馈持续优化采集流程与数据质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业； 2、3年以上设备端软件开发或数据平台开发经验，有机器人或传感器数据采集经验者优先； 3、精通Python及C++，熟悉Linux环境下的开发与调试，了解ROS/ROS2者优先； 4、熟悉多传感器数据采集的基本流程，了解时间同步、数据缓存与传输协议等底层机制； 5、了解常见传感器数据接口，有与嵌入式团队协作经验者优先； 6、具备良好的问题定位与系统调试能力，能够独立分析采集链路中的丢帧、延迟等问题； 7、具备良好的工程化能力与跨部门协作能力，能够与算法、硬件团队高效配合。
