1、负责VLA模型在具体场景中的后训练与微调工作，面向工业/家庭等真实客户场景，提升模型的任务成功率与泛化能力； 2、设计并执行场景化微调方案，包括高质量指令数据的构建、SFT及RLHF等对齐策略的落地，推动模型在量产交付中的性能达标； 3、深度参与VLA模型的量产部署工作，与AI部署工程师紧密配合，打通从模型到真机的完整链路； 4、深入分析量产场景中的失败案例与Corner Case，定位模型短板并设计针对性优化方案，闭环驱动模型迭代； 5、搭建场景化的模型评测体系，系统性评估模型在真实任务中的表现，为后训练方向提供数据支撑； 6、跟踪VLA后训练、具身智能领域前沿进展，将有效算法快速落地验证并持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业； 2、2年以上AI模型训练或后训练经验，有VLA/多模态模型微调或具身智能项目经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握Python及PyTorch框架，具备良好的工程化能力与代码规范； 4、了解VLA模型基本原理及SFT、RLHF、RLVR等微调方法，有模型训练或微调的实际项目经验； 5、具备场景理解与任务拆解能力，能够将客户需求快速转化为技术方案并落地； 6、具备较强的故障分析与问题定位能力，能够在复杂场景中独立分析并解决问题； 7、有机器人真机测试与调试经验，能与部署工程师协作完成真机验证与优化； 8、自驱力强，结果导向，具备良好的沟通协作能力与客户服务意识。
