Support is de snelste manier om een techbedrijf van binnenuit te leren kennen. Je ziet hoe software werkt, wat klanten nodig hebben en waar het beter kan. Ook binnen support kun je hier groeien. Je wordt expert in ons product, neemt meer verantwoordelijkheid en bouwt mee aan hoe we support met AI en onze kennisbank slimmer maken. Hoe meer je oppakt, hoe groter je rol wordt.

Met onze workforce management software plannen miljoenen medewerkers wereldwijd hun werk, van de bakker om de hoek tot internationale hotel- en retailketens. We groeien hard, in meer dan 20 landen. We werken snel en houden de lijnen kort, zonder onnodige vergaderingen en zonder politiek. Je zegt wat je denkt, pakt dingen op en werkt met mensen die dat ook doen.

Dit ga je doen

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, via telefoon en tickets. Soms los je een vraag in twee minuten op, soms duik je echt de diepte in.

  • Je helpt klanten helder en vriendelijk verder.
  • Je zoekt uit wat er mis is, ook als de klant het zelf niet goed kan uitleggen.
  • Je deelt wat je hoort met het team en met productontwikkeling.
  • Je bouwt mee aan onze kennisbank en zet AI slimmer in binnen support.
  • Je werkt samen in een groeiend, steeds internationaler team.

Dit heb je nodig

  • Je leert snel en wilt snappen hoe dingen werken.
  • Je zoekt door tot je de oorzaak van een probleem vindt.
  • Je communiceert helder, aan de telefoon en op schrift.
  • Je blijft rustig als het druk is of als een klant gefrustreerd is.
  • Je wacht niet af, maar komt zelf in actie.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je ook Papiamento? Dan heb je een grote plus.
