Nos compétences s'étendent à plusieurs domaines clés : Digital Manufacturing : Optimisation des processus de production via des modèles numériques. MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems/Manufacturing Operations Management) : Supervision en temps réel des opérations industrielles. Planification et Ordonnancement : Gestion proactive des ressources et des plannings. Connectivité industrielle : Intégration des machines et des systèmes pour une communication fluide. Gestion des données : Analyse et utilisation des données pour améliorer les performances. Nous intervenons à chaque étape du projet, de l'intégration à la maintenance. Notre approche, axée sur les résultats, garantit des performances industrielles optimales. Contexte Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous renforçons nos équipes et recherchons un profil Chef de projet confirmé (H/F). Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la conception, l’intégration et le déploiement de solutions MES/MOM, en contribuant à la digitalisation des processus industriels de nos clients. Missions Être responsable de la réussite des projets de digitalisation industrielle, de la phase de cadrage jusqu’à la mise en service. Pilotage et coordination : conduite des projets MES, définition du périmètre, des charges et des plannings, avec maîtrise des coûts, des délais et de la qualité. Animation et fédération d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (internes, externes, internationales) pour garantir une exécution efficace. Relation client et accompagnement : interlocuteur privilégié des clients, anticipation des besoins, proposition de solutions sur-mesure et accompagnement dans la conduite du changement (formations, ateliers, sensibilisation). Innovation et amélioration continue : contribution aux phases d’avant-vente par une expertise technique, pilotage des demandes d’évolution, gestion des risques et mise en œuvre de plans d’action adaptés. Participation aux projets internes d’innovation et à l’optimisation des méthodes et outils. Profil Profil recherché Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en gestion de projets MES/MOM, idéalement sur DELMIA Apriso ou solutions équivalentes. Solide compréhension des processus industriels et des enjeux liés à la digitalisation. Capacité à analyser des problématiques complexes et à proposer des solutions innovantes et pragmatiques. Leadership naturel et aptitude à fédérer des équipes autour d’objectifs communs. Excellentes compétences de communication en français et en anglais. Maîtrise ou bonne connaissance des méthodologies agiles. Autonomie, proactivité et orientation résultats.
