Dans le cadre de notre stratégie d'innovation, nous créons un poste de Consultant R&D IA & Innovation MES/MOM destiné à imaginer et construire les solutions qui façonneront l'usine intelligente de demain. VOTRE MISSION Au sein de l'équipe Innovation, vous participez à la conception, au développement et à l'industrialisation d'actifs technologiques innovants combinant : DELMIA Apriso Intelligence Artificielle Générative Microsoft Azure Technologies Data Agents IA et architectures avancées Votre objectif : transformer des idées en solutions concrètes à forte valeur ajoutée pour nos clients industriels et pour les équipes Dymasco. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS IA Générative & Assistants Métiers Développer des assistants conversationnels intégrés à DELMIA Apriso. Concevoir des agents IA spécialisés pour les processus industriels. Mettre en œuvre des architectures RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). Explorer de nouveaux usages de l'IA générative appliqués aux opérations de production. Évaluer et expérimenter les technologies émergentes du marché. Produits & Accélérateurs DELMIA Apriso Développer des composants réutilisables pour accélérer les projets clients. Concevoir un simulateur de données industrielles pour les démonstrations, les formations et les tests. Créer des solutions innovantes autour des instructions de travail digitales. Développer des composants permettant l'intégration fluide de documents et contenus métier dans Apriso. Industrialiser les prototypes sous forme de produits fiables et maintenables. Data, Architecture IA & MCP Concevoir des plateformes de données adaptées aux environnements industriels. Structurer l'exploitation des connaissances métier à travers l'IA. Développer des connecteurs et intégrations vers l'écosystème MES/MOM. Participer à la définition des standards techniques, d'architecture et de sécurité IA de l'entreprise. Contribuer à l'évolution du patrimoine technologique Dymasco. Recherche & Innovation Participer à la définition de la roadmap Innovation. Réaliser des Proof of Concept et des démonstrateurs. Mesurer la valeur créée par les innovations développées. Assurer une veille technologique continue. Partager vos connaissances avec les équipes et la communauté Dymasco. Contribuer aux démonstrations clients et aux activités d'avant-vente. Profil De formation supérieure Bac+5 en informatique, génie logiciel, intelligence artificielle ou domaine équivalent, vous disposez idéalement de 3 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l'un des domaines suivants : Développement logiciel Architecture applicative Produits numériques Solutions industrielles Industrie 4.0 Data & IA Une expérience dans les environnements MES/MOM ou dans les projets de transformation digitale industrielle constitue un véritable atout. COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES Maîtrise souhaitée C# /.NET SQL Server API REST JavaScript / TypeScript Architecture logicielle Git Bonnes pratiques de développement logiciel Compétences appréciées DELMIA Apriso Python Microsoft Azure Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI Semantic Kernel Copilot Studio MCP (Model Context Protocol) Architectures d'agents IA SharePoint Microsoft Graph Power Platform LES QUALITÉS QUI FERONT LA DIFFÉRENCE Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour : Votre curiosité technologique.
