Acteur de l'industrie 4.0, nous accompagnons les industriels dans la transformation de leurs outils de production dans divers domaines : aéronautique, aérospatial, automobile, cosmétique, luxe, pneumatique, etc. Nos domaines d'expertise s'étendent au Digital Manufacturing, MES/MOM, Planification et Ordonnancement, Connectivité industrielle et à la Gestion des données industrielles sur un accompagnement complet tout au long du projet. Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) de projets industriels expérimenté(e) pour superviser la réussite de nos projets en accompagnant nos équipes et nos clients français et internationaux. Le pilotage des délais, le respect des budgets, la haute satisfaction client ainsi que le management des équipes seront les piliers de ce poste. Les responsabilités du poste seront les suivantes : Piloter le relationnel client dans le cadre d'un projet d'implémentation de la solution Delmia Apriso, Piloter et accompagner la gestion du changement, Collaborer avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes, Réaliser des activités d'avant-vente Définir le périmètre d'un projet avec l'estimation de charge globale associée Piloter et négocier les demandes d'évolution Accompagner et manager les équipes : teams leaders, architectes, experts, développeurs Profil Le profil que nous recherchons aura les connaissances/compétences suivantes : Excellentes capacités de communication écrites et orales en français et en anglais Expérience préalable en tant que Directeur de projet ou rôle similaire de préférence dans le milieu du service Expérience du milieu industriel et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles Expérience avérée en matière de réalisation réussie de projets informatiques Excellentes compétences en leadership et gestion Maîtrise du développement sur un des outils MES du marché (Delmia Apriso, Simatic IT, Wonderware, Coox ... ) Informations contractuelles INFORMATIONS CONTRACTUELLES L'accompagnement des collaborateurs est une priorité dès l'intégration puis tout au long du parcours via des formations et un dispositif de parrainage, référent et leader techniques.
