Als Account Executive (all genders) bist du verantwortlich für die Gewinnung von Neukunden und die Steigerung des Umsatzes in unserem Unternehmen. Du wirst eng mit dem Vertriebsteam und den Business Units zusammenarbeiten, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren, Verkaufsstrategien zu entwickeln und erfolgreiche Vertriebsaktivitäten durchzuführen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gewinnst Neukunden aus den Top-Unternehmen, um die vertriebliche Entwicklung unserer innovativen Solutions & Services voranzutreiben.
  • Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Generierung von Neugeschäft sowie Geschäftsanbahnung des DYMATRIX Portfolios bei Neukunden.
  • Unser Marketing fungiert als Lead-Engine und versorgt dich dazu mit Leads und qualifizierten Kontakten.
  • Mit viel Engagement und Passion treibst Du den gesamten Sales-Cycle voran: von der Ansprache, über den Sales Pitch - und mit Unterstützung der Senior Sales Manager auch bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse, berätst und verkaufst erklärungsbedürftige Softwarelösungen und Services an unsere Zielgruppe.
  • Du führst Live-Präsentationen zu unserer Customer Experience Platform durch (online und bei Kunden vor Ort).
  • Du unterstützt potenzielle Neukunden in den verschiedenen Phasen ihres Entscheidungsprozesses als kompetenter persönlicher Ansprechpartner.
  • Du begleitest federführend Ausschreibungen von der ersten Anfrage bis zu deren erfolgreichem Abschluss.
  • Du nimmst aktiv an Messen und Kunden-Veranstaltungen teil
  • Du arbeitest mit dem Marketingteam zusammen, um Vertriebsmaterialien und – Kampagnen zu entwickeln, die den Vertriebsprozess unterstützen.

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im beratungsintensiven Vertrieb von komplexen Dienstleistungen – optimalerweise im IT-Consulting
  • Bestenfalls Erfahrungen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen wie, Fashion, Handel & E-Commerce, Touristik & Verkehr, Banken & Versicherungen, Energie oder Medien & Verlage
  • Starke Kunden- und Servcieorientierung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen sowie dem Abschluss von Verträgen
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung und Beraterkompetenz im Lösungs- und Projektgeschäft
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung
  • Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Ausgeprägte „Netzwerker-Mentalität“
  • Gutes IT-Verständnis, insbesondere im CRM-Umfeld
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
