Du hast die (Fach-)Hochschulreife erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bist nun bereit für den Start in das Berufsleben? Wir wollen diesen Schritt gemeinsam mit Dir gehen und die Basis für Deinen Berufsweg bilden. Wir bei DYMATRIX sind Spezialisten für Personalisierung und Analytics im E-Commerce und möchten auch Dich zum Spezialisten ausbilden!

Beim dualen Studium wechseln sich Theorie- und Praxisphasen ab. In sechs Semestern lernst Du an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Karlsruhe oder Stuttgart viel theoretisches Wissen, das du anschließend bei uns im Unternehmen direkt in der Praxis anwenden kannst. Nach drei Jahren schließt Du das Studium mit dem Bachelor of Science ab.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rund um unsere SaaS-Applikationen und dem Thema Künstliche Intelligenz übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung, alles basierend auf einem modernen Cloud Tech-Stack. Dabei bist du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte beteiligt und kannst so einen direkten Mehrwert für unsere über 1.000 Kunden schaffen
  • Um die passenden Software-Lösungen realisieren zu können, erlernst Du die Prozesse der verschiedenen Abteilungen und erhältst Einblicke in sämtliche Fachbereiche
  • Du lernst agile Softwareentwicklung basierend auf moderner Architektur kennen, dabei handelt es sich um Software, die Milliarden Tracking-Requests verarbeitet. In unserem Scrum-Team bist Du ein wichtiger Bestandteil!

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Must-have: Allgemeine Hochschulreife bzw. Fachholschulreife
  • Begeisterung für Informatik: Dein Herz schlägt für die Software-Entwicklung und Du hast Freude am Konzipieren und Programmieren
  • Wir freuen uns über erste Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. in Java) oder erste Erfahrungen in der IT
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, handelst eigeninitiativ und bringst neue Ideen ein. Eine ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft zählt zu Deinen Stärken
