Als Teil unseres Entwicklungsteams bist du für die Weiterentwicklung der Enterprise Software für Marketing Automation verantwortlich. Mit dieser Lösung steuern unsere mehr als 200 Kunden aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen ihre digitalen Marketingkampagnen an jedem Touchpoint - automatisiert, individualisiert und intelligent auf Basis von KI.

Kernaufgabe / Tätigkeit: Produktentwicklung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Tech Stack:

  • Backend: C# mit .NET/ .NET Core
  • Frontend: React & TypeScript
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps
  • Environment: MS Azure und Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst eine führende Rolle innerhalb des Entwicklungsteams, betreust Kolleginnen und Kollegen, teilst dein Fachwissen und förderst eine Kultur des kontinuierlichen Lernens und der technischen Exzellenz.
  • Du spürst aktiv aufkommende Technologien, Frameworks und Best Practices auf, bewertest sie und setzt dich für deren Einsatz ein – du treibst Innovation voran und gestaltest die strategische technische Ausrichtung unserer Produkte
  • Du gibst durch dein eigenes Handeln das Vorbild bei Architekturentscheidungen und der Lösung komplexer Probleme, übernimmst Verantwortung für übergreifende Initiativen und stellst die langfristige Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und Qualität unserer Softwarelösungen sicher
  • Im Rahmen unserer agilen Softwareentwicklung nach Scrumban entwickelst du komplexe Softwaresysteme in der Programmiersprache C# auf der Microsoft-.NET-Plattform und arbeitest mit modernsten Technologien wie Claude Code
  • Du treibst die Fähigkeiten unseres Unternehmens im Bereich Agentic Coding voran und gestaltest die Zukunft der KI-gestützten Entwicklung
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für alles – von der Konzeption und Entwicklung bis hin zur Integration in unsere Systemlandschaft – und nutzt dabei vielfältige Azure-DevOps-Möglichkeiten: Versionsverwaltung mit Git, Testpläne sowie Build und Release
  • Du setzt dich aktiv mit aktuellen Cloud-Technologien auseinander, entwickelst cloudbasierte Webanwendungen mit Echtzeit-Anforderungen und ermöglichst das Hosting unserer Webanwendungen in MS Azure und Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Du arbeitest an den Rahmenbedingungen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses – wie Design, Planung, Aufwandsschätzungen und Code-Reviews – und verstehst dich als Berater für das Entwicklungsteam, bestehend aus Product Owner, Full-Stack-Entwicklerinnen und -Entwicklern, SQA-Engineers sowie dem Helpdesk als Support-Team für unsere Kunden

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Ausgezeichnete C#-Kenntnisse mit einem tiefen Verständnis moderner Softwaredesign-Prinzipien sowie objektorientierter Konzepte
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit relationalen (SQL) und nicht-relationalen (NoSQL) Datenbanktechnologien
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen und in der Entwicklung cloud-nativer Anwendungen
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Docker und containerbasiertem Deployment
  • Umfassendes Know-how sowohl in aktuellen .NET-Versionen als auch im klassischen .NET Framework – für sicheres Arbeiten in modernen wie gewachsenen Codebasen
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools wie Claude Code, GitHub Copilot oder OpenAI Codex
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Idealerweise kennst du:

  • Design Patterns wie MVC, Adapter Pattern und Dependency Injection
  • Microservice- oder ereignisgesteuerte Architektur (Event-driven Architecture)
  • Serverlose Architektur und NoSQL-Datenbanken
  • Docker
