Als Teil unseres DevOps-Teams stellst du den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb unserer Kubernetes‑basierten Infrastruktur sicher und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung eigeninitiativ voran. Mit Deinem Engagement trägst Du dazu bei, dass unser Produkt für unsere Kunden schneller, stabiler und in hoher Qualität zuverlässig funktioniert. Durch automatisierte Prozesse reduzierst du wiederkehrende Aufgaben, entlastest das Team und schaffst Raum für Innovation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst den Aufbau, die Administration und den Ausbau eines großen Business-Kritischen Kubernetes Cluster
  • Du übernimmst die Planung, den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Deployments und Infrastrukturprozesse in unserer Cloud‑Umgebung – mit Schwerpunkt auf Kubernetes‑Workloads und modernen CI/CD‑Pipelines
  • Du optimierst, pflegst und erweiterst bestehende CI/CD‑Prozesse, um stabile, effiziente und skalierbare Deployments sicherzustellen
  • Du unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Systembetrieb, insbesondere in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Datenbanken und Serveradministration
  • Du führst neue Plattform‑ und Anwendungskomponenten ein, standardisierst und automatisierst deren Betrieb und sorgst für zuverlässiges Monitoring und Observability
  • Du erstellst technische Konzepte und Dokumentationen für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Services und übernimmst Wartungsarbeiten, Log‑Analysen sowie die Fehlerbehebung

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche
  • Erfahrung mit der Administration von großen Kubernetes-Clustern sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit Rancher und Autoscaling
  • Kenntnisse von Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise Azure oder Hetzner Cloud
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Linux-Systemen, Bash-Scripting und Shell-Automatisierung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit DevOps/Pipelines und der Automatisierung von IT-Infrastruktur/Netzwerken, idealerweise Ansible/Terraform
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Administration und dem Management von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und deren Überwachung
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Prometheus, Elasticsearch und Grafana zur Überwachung und Analyse von Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in SQL- und NoSQL-Datenbanken
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und zum selbständigen Handeln
